We are currently hiring entry-level individuals for a full-time Energy Broker position. We specialize in
customer renewal, customer retention, and customer acquisition, and this all requires skills often
acquired in the customer service and sales industries.
Our sales and marketing firm is the leader in the industry and delivers results and quality sales
customer service experiences for our clients. Our clients are top energy providers in the US that want
us to provide a face-to-face sales and customer service experience. We do this by taking care of the
existing customer base and providing personal care to new customers. This job involves face-to-
face sales of services to new business prospects. Representing some of the largest energy
providers in the US, it is a priority for our team to provide the best customer experience with
professionalism. We strive to build and maintain quality customer relationships.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and a high level of
professionalism and integrity. Public speaking skills for presenting to groups are a plus.

• 4-year degree preferred
• 1-2 years of business, customer service, sales, marketing, or management experience

preferred

• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Mandarin/Chinese fluency a bonus

All positions are in-person or hybrid. The average Energy Broker can expect to make $60,000 -
